An organizational structure defines how activities such as task allocation, coordination and supervision are directed toward the achievement of organizational aims . It can also be considered as the viewing glass or perspective through which individuals see their organization and its environment .
: The Organizational structure of the company consists of four main sections -       
1- The Financial & the Administrative sector.   
2- The Institutional Development Sector .    
3- The engineering & commercial sector.     
4- The execution of Projects Sector.
Follow each set of sector departments and sections; in which employees perform many of the functions to achieve the goals of the sector in particular and the goals of the company in general. Featuring the organizational structure of the Medcom Company the principle of gradual in which determines the vertical relations between the president and the subordinate; and horizontal relationships between employees on the same job level, and this makes it easy to determine the question of the responsibility on the basis of the chain of command or on the basis of jobs .
